We dont really know what to write about the Mountain Hardwear Mens Stimulus Jacket, except that weve never seen a fully welded, fully waterproof jacket this light. Things we said when we tried it on: Holy crap thats light! also, I feel like Im cheating Earths gravitational field! At an absurdly light six ounces, the Stimulus packs like a dream, stretches in all four directions, and keeps you dry and protected from the wind before disappearing back into its own pocket like magic. It even has 360-degree reflectivity, a neck cinch cord, and a dedicated music pocket for running. While we wouldnt bomb through a briar patch in it or sit in a snowdrift, wed definitely take this wispy wonder anywhere we didnt want or need to haul a heavy jacket.
