HOW COULD THIS BE? AM I COUNTING WRONG? NO, LET’S GO!
Back in the early days we: rode in school buses; hiked up to the lifts; used skis that were as tall as the palm of our up-stretched hands. Now we’re basically skiing on two snowboards – which is good because using just one is still not allowed at Alta! Nevertheless, we can always find new challenges at our favorite Utah playland. Set your calendars for Thursday, January 19th through Monday, January 23rd, 2012. Again, we invite our friends who have made this trip in the past to join us and encourage you to invite others whom you feel will enjoy the unique ski experience provided by the Wasatch Range and the Alta Peruvian Lodge.
THE FABULOUS ALTA PERUVIAN LODGE WILL BE OUR FAMILIAR HOME AWAY FROM HOME AS WE CARVE UP THE SKI SLOPES AND THE DINNER PLATES.
We are not an exclusive group, and do not discriminate based on skiing ability. However, we do maintain the exclusive right to accept or reject your registration based upon subjective standards established by our now legendary (in our own minds) tradition of talking big, skiing hard, eating and drinking too much and sleeping too little.

Registration:
Please book by December 25th, 2011 (the date we are required to release our unused rooms back to the Peruvian Lodge) using the Peruvian Lodge’s Reservation Wizard (if an error pops up, click Continue to website), making sure to put that super secret Promotional Code twentyfive in the last box in the Wizard. Or call the Alta Peruvian Lodge directly at 800-453-8488 and book by phone if you want modified arrangements. If you are online booking add a note in the box “Special Instructions & Assistance Needs” about your flight number and arrival time. Otherwise, please call (800-453-8488) the Alta Peruvian Lodge and book directly for other nights outside the group dates, and let them know you are with the Seattle Group.
Itinerary:
Thursday, Jan 19th
- Depart Seattle at 9:45am on Southwest flight #180, arriving Salt Lake City at 12:40pm.
- Alta Peruvian Lodge airport pickup and lunch provided at the lodge.
- Afternoon Skiing, or at least the SKI FREE AFTER 3, at Albion.
Friday-Monday, Jan 20th-23rd
- Skiing at Alta/Snowbird and other ski areas of your choice. Transportation to other areas can be made through the lodge. Ski Brighton, Solitude, Park City or Deer Valley, or maybe the Interconnect!
- Saturday – Make sure to be back at the Lodge for our Altitude/Attitude Adjustment Party (5:00pm).
Monday, Jan 23rd - Depart Alta Peruvian Lodge in afternoon for Salt Lake City airport.
- Depart Salt Lake City at 5:50pm on Southwest flight #2048 with arrival in Seattle at 7:05pm.

From Seattle, please book your flight directly with Southwest Airlines based on the Itinerary. For all others, please book your flight as close to the Itinerary times as possible. | 
The Fabulous Alta Peruvian Lodge – The Details:
A PRICE DROP FOR OUR 25TH ANNIVERSARY! PACKAGE PRICES ARE PER PERSON, BASED ON DOUBLE OCCUPANCY.
Alpine Room $208 per person, per night (private bath and either a queen or 2 twin beds). Nordic Room $162 per person, per night (2 twin beds and a shared bathroom down the hall). THERE WILL BE NO SINGLE RATES OFFERED. A deposit of $150 per person is due at the time of booking to secure your space. Rate includes lodging, three meals per day, a service charge in lieu of gratuity, taxes, the Saturday night cocktail party, a souvenir T-Shirt, and transportation both ways between the airport and the Alta Peruvian Lodge. ALL ROOMS MUST BE RESERVED AND THE $150 PER PERSON DEPOSIT PAID BY DECEMBER 25th, 2011. THE GROUP RATE WILL NOT BE HONORED AFTER THAT DATE. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS MADE AFTER THAT DATE. |
