Deposit & Cancellation Policy

DEPOSITS:

An advance deposit of $150 per person is due upon booking a reservation. Reservations will not be considered confirmed without a deposit. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. With groups of 20 people or more, full payment must be made 60 days prior to arrival. Reservations will be cancelled if any payment is not received when due.

CANCELLATIONS:

During Regular and Peak Seasons we require at least a 31 day notice ofcancellation (60 day notice required for groups of 20 or more.) No refundsof any amounts paid will be given for cancellations received 30 days or lessprior to arrival (60 days or less for groups of 20 or more) regardless ofthe reason. There are no refunds for early check-outs or late check-ins forany reason during Peak Season. During Value Season periods, cancellationsreceived 30 days or less prior to arrival will incur a cancellation feeequal to the initial deposit of $150.00 per person.

At all times, cancellations received 31 days or more prior to arrival willincur a $75 fee per person, and the remaining portion of the deposit paidwill be refunded.

NOTE:

Reservations made 30 days or less prior to arrival will require full payment upon booking. The cancellation policies set forth above will be in place dependent upon high or low season periods.

Service Charge: A 15% service charge is added to the dining and lodging portion of your bill.

The Alta Peruvian Lodge accepts the following credit cards: VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. As always, personal checks, travelers checks and cash are also accepted.
