Alta, Snowbird
 
Alta and Snowbird, deep within Little Cottonwood Canyon, are world renowned ski areas. Alta boasts an average of over 500 inches of snow annually, so you can ski light fluffy powder from November to April. Snowbird allows both skiers and snowboarders on their resort, while Alta is for skiers only.
