Booking information for the 2011-2012 Ski Season
Daily rates and packages include lodging, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. State and local taxes, and a 15% service charge are additional.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy
DEPOSITS:
An advance deposit of $150 per person is due upon booking a reservation. Reservations will not be considered confirmed without a deposit. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. With groups of 20 people or more, full payment must be made 60 days prior to arrival. Reservations will be cancelled if any payment is not received when due.
CANCELLATIONS:
31 days or more –
- Peak / Regular / Value Season– $75 per person is retained from the deposit.
30 days or less –
- Peak / Regular Season– a letter of credit will be issued, less a $300 cancellation fee, unless the cancellation occurs within 72 hours of arrival. Within 72 hours, there are no refunds. (Note: the letter of credit will be valid for one year from the cancellation date)
- Value– a $300 cancellation fee will be retained, unless the cancellation occurs within 72 hours of arrival. Within 72 hours, there are no refunds.
Early Check Outs / Late Check-Ins –
- Peak / Regular / Value Season– No refunds or credits will be given.
NOTE:
Reservations made 30 days or less prior to arrival will require full payment upon booking. The cancellation policies set forth above will be in place dependent upon high or low season periods.
Service Charge: A 15% service charge is added to the dining and lodging portion of your bill.

The Alta Peruvian Lodge accepts the following credit
cards: VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. As always, personal
checks, travelers checks and cash are also accepted.
