Time for Camp!
If you’re in it for the long run, then check this out. The Alf Engen Ski School and the Alta Peruvian Lodge are teaming up to offer three separate, four-night, three-day ski camps for intermediate through advanced skiers. Each camp is designed to teach you how to ski better on Alta’s terrain with much less effort. With the skills you’ll learn at camp, you’ll be equipped to ski forever (or until you want to quit).
Here's The Scoop
For three epic days, you can borrow high-end demo skis from the extensive collection at the Alta Peruvian Ski Shop and ski with an experienced Alf Engen Ski Instructor and 4-5 other campers.
Each ski group will be organized based on the participants’ common skill level, speed, and terrain preferences suitable for their abilities. The focus will be on specific skiing tactics tailored to the conditions and terrain at Alta.
In this camp, you will learn techniques to make your skiing smoother and more consistent in the long run. Please keep in mind that all skiers should be comfortable on at least intermediate terrain in order to fully enjoy this camp experience.

With limited availability, the ski camp is available on a first-come, first-served basis for the 2025/26 ski season:
Camp 1 • Co-Ed Camp
• Sunday evening, January 25, 2026 – Thursday, January 29, 2026.
Camp 2 • Co-Ed Camp
• Sunday evening, February 1, 2026 – Thursday, February 5, 2026.
Camp 3 • Women’s Camp
• Sunday evening, February 22, 2026 – Thursday, February 26, 2026.
2026 Pricing
Dorm Room
- $2,659 per person
Nordic Room (two twin beds, washbasin, shared bathroom down the hall)
- $3,609 single occupancy rate
- $2,639 per person, double occupancy
Alpine Room (one queen or two twin beds, private bathroom with tub/shower combo)
- $4,109 single occupancy rate
- $2,909 per person, double
Superior (two queen beds, private bathroom with walk-in shower)
- $3,369 per person, double occupancy
Package price includes:
- Four nights of lodging
- Breakfast and Dinner (starting with dinner on the arrival day, and ending with breakfast on the departure day)
- Three days of instruction, coaching and reviewing/critiquing from Alf Engen Ski School
- Three days of demo ski rentals (boots not included)
- All taxes and service fees
- Lift tickets are not included
A $1,000 per person deposit is due to guarantee your space in the camp, with the final payment due November 30, 2025. Please note that this is non-refundable at any time after November 30, 2025. The initial deposit is 50% refundable up to November 30, 2025. Lift tickets not included.
