As an all-inclusive ski resort, we boast community-style dining, which means you are eating & drinking with like-minded people just like you. And by the end of the meal, you may have a new skiing buddy or even a life-long friend.

Times & Reservations

Dining at the Peruvian is a treat. We’ve often heard from our guests that they’d eat here, even if it wasn’t included in the rate. We think that’s something to boast about.

Our full breakfast buffet: 7:30a.m. to 9:00a.m.
Our expansive lunch buffet: Noon until 1:30p.m.
Our delicious dinner: Generally begins around 6:00 p.m.

Reservations (required)

All meals served at the Peruvian are community-style dining and reservations are required for dinner. Dinner reservations are taken beginning at 7:30 a.m. on that day and cannot be booked anytime before. On the day of arrival, you may call in advance to secure your dinner reservation or simply choose your time upon check-in.

Running late? No biggie. Let us know and we’ll set aside a “late plate.” Please contact guest services at 800.453.8488 before noon on the day of arrival.

Supreme Green Salad:
Spring and Romaine Lettuce Mix, Kalamata Olives, Feta Cheese, Tomato in a Green Vinaigrette Dressing

ENTREES: (your choice)
Korobuta Pork Chop:
Bone-In Served in a Rum Ginger Glaze with Butternut Mashed Potatoes and Sautéed Broccolini

Chicken and Penne Pasta:
Seared Chicken Breast with a Rosa Cream Sauce, Fresh Basil and Fresh Parmesan Cheese tossed with Penne Pasta

Stuffed with roasted vegetables over sautéed quinoa, kale and ginger

Stuffed Trout:
Whole Trout stuffed with a Seafood Brie Topping served with Sautéed Vegetables and Rice

Grilled Sirloin:
Seared and Finished in the Oven served with a Shallot Whiskey Demi Glace with Sautéed Vegetables and Roasted Potatoes

Veal Parmesan
Served with Fresh Mozzarella Cheese and a House-made Marinara Sauce over Bucatini

Hours & Such

Enjoy lively conversations with other lodge guests & Alta locals while noshing on some free appetizers and popcorn. Make sure to take a look around. The Peruvian Bar boasts impressive views of the mountain along with some well-admired memorabilia and animal heads mounted on the walls.

Located on the second floor, the Peruvian Bar is open nightly from 3:30 p.m to 10:00 p.m.
