While You Were Out

The countdown is on to winter and we simply can’t wait! Just to catch you up while you were out, we’ve been doing a little work around the lodge.

First, you know the public bathrooms on the second floor (for the Nordic Rooms) and the ones near the restaurant? Well they’re going through a complete top-to-bottom makeover. A bit overdue, we know. So, we’re tiling all of the walls, adding real doors and walls surrounding the toilets and installing all new fixtures. We believe you will love what we have done.

As for the rooms, things keep evolving season after season. All of our funky murphy beds in the Chalet Rooms have been removed. These twelve rooms have been reconfigured into seven rooms that offer two twin beds and five rooms offering one queen bed.  Also, two sets of these rooms now have adjoining doors (105 & 107, 106 & 108). All of this was done in order to provide more flexibility in our room configurations, better accommodating you.  And since those drapes kept getting in the way of the beds, all of our Chalet rooms now have modern, accordion-style shades!

Lastly, we have solid team in place, ready to serve you this upcoming season! All of our management will be back with quite a few of our other staff are returning as well. See you soon!
